Shipping: Some large items will incur an oversize charge by UPS or FEDEX. In some cases, item/s might be shipped via freight. Any items ordered that are not in stock will be placed on backorder unless otherwise specified by the customer. All orders are shipped in perfect condition. Claims for damage must be noted on the carrier's bill of lading and claimed accordingly within 14 days of delivery.

International Orders: Any order shipping outside of the US will have an additional shipping cost that is different than our flat rate options. We will email you with a quote for shipping and await your approval before sending your items. Any quotes for shipping do not include any duties or taxes that might impact your delivery.

Warranty: Products are warranted by the manufacturer. For installed merchandise that is within warranty please reach out to our customer service team, or the manufacture directly. StoreForParts.com shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for consequential or incidental damages.

Returns: If you are unhappy with your item or your item does not fit, good news, you can return your item! Products that have been used or installed cannot be returned for a refund. All you have to do is contact our customer service team who will let you know what warehouse to return the item, package your return and send the item back to us for a full refund of your item. Shipping costs are not refunded with returns Items that are missing parts or are returned in a damaged condition are subject to a 45% restocking fee. Items that are returned in used or installed condition cannot be returned for a refund, and will be sent back to the original purchaser. If the item is returned in new, saleable condition there will not be charged any restocking fee. In the event of a defective item please contact our customer service team who can get a replacement item for you at no charge if within the manufacturer's warranty period. Any damage must be reported within 14 days of delivery. If the damage is not reported within the 14-day window we cannot issue a credit or refund. Any order that is returned due to incorrect address or refusal of delivery, or missing the original packaging is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
