charge actual shipping cost + $2.00.
Shipping: Some large items will
incur an oversize charge by UPS or FEDEX. In some cases, item/s might be shipped
via freight. Any items ordered that are not in stock will be placed on backorder
unless otherwise specified by the customer. Shipping costs are charged at the time
the item(s) ship. All orders are shipped in perfect condition. Claims for damage
must be noted on the carrier's bill of lading and claimed accordingly within 2 weeks.
Warranty: Products are warranted by the manufacturer. For
installed merchandise that is within warranty call Nutone Service at 800-543-8687 or
for Broan products call 800-558-1711. StoreForParts.com shall not be liable,
under any circumstances, for consequential or incidental damages.
Returns: Products that have been used may not be returned.
Otherwise, ship the return prepaid to us in new condition and include a copy of
the invoice so you are properly identified. There is a 20% restocking charge and
shipping charges are not refunded. In the event of shipping damage, the product is
replaced without a restocking charge.
